Established in 2007 by British Seafood investor Mark Holyoake, Wellgold focuses on the development of residential and commercial property which consists of 7 floors of office space, 3 apartments and a standalone house.

The company successfully completed its commercial development stage in 2009 and produced 7 floors of business office space open to the market. The contemporary and stylish building has been well received with the offices; providing a fresh and high spec commercial space for its occupants as well as the area in general with it attracting a prestigious list of tenants.

Wellgolds residential development projects continued through 2009 and have now finalised its 3 apartments and are on course to launching the standalone house.

This final project with indicate the conclusion to a 4 year project and one that Wellgold has successfully accomplished.
